Just Christmas & Birthdays sketch 29

I thought i would do a quick and simple card (lol) i never do quick and defo not simple normally, anyway i thought i would do the sketch for Just Christmas and Birthdays

as Kirsten had done a great sketch, i have used my paper pack (think it might be dovecrafts) sorry if that's wrong warpper went in the bin ages ago, bazzill bling and peel offs can't get much simplar than that now can you.

Just Magnolia Challenge week 2

This is my card for this weeks challenge over at Just Magnolia where this weeks theme is based on the colours green and pink. I have worked my sketch to this weeks sketch over at Basic Grey

where Christine has done a wonderful sketch again which i will be using in the future, unfortunately cannot enter this card for the BG challenge as i only have BG papers and none were suitable for my card(sorry). Anyways i have used SU papers (again) there so gorgeous, Magnolia horse stamp, bazzill bling, and rest of stuff all from my stash (ribbons,flowers,sherbet dots etc. I love this really bright pink and lime green colour combo. Text says Baby Girl not very clear on computer.

Creative Card Challenge 8

This is my card for this weeks challenge over at Creative Card crew, where the Sharon has done a fabulous sketch which i love and will be using over and over again. I have used my new gorjuss stamp, SU papers, gems, dewdrops, bazzill bling, retro punches, ribbon from stash and nestibilites.

Male Card

This is a man's card i made last night for my hubby's mate and work colleage. I love Charmed cards downloads and will defo have to make some more of these yummy george cards especially as father's day not to long away. I used my circle scallop punch from SU, circle punch, bazzill bling, cuttlebug eboss folders swiss dots and retro, image from charmded cards and embellishments from stash.

Just Magnolia week 1

This is my card for the first challenge over at Just Magnolia. I have used my new SU Designer Papers, bazzill bling card stock, tilda with chicks from easter collection, i used yellow pearly stuff and heated with my heat gun for the chicks( they look like scrambled egg(lol) but effective i thought. I used my cuttlebug emboss folder, ribbons/dewdrops/gems and charms from stash and my retro punch to use co-oridinating flowers. I loved this sketch and will defo be making a few more like this for occasional birthday/thank you cards etc.

What a day and week

Well this week has not been good from start to end, what with my bad back causing problems, then hubbies work problems i just had to top it all of today didn't i. As usual took the children to school and got back to the car, as usual open the front dooe and flung in my keys onto the front seat(as normal) whilst i strap my little one into his seat) but this time as i closed the front door(yes you guessed right) the door locked i must have caught the button on the key fob. The good news is my little decs wasn't actually in the car yet otherwise he would have been locked in. Anyway i had no money, no house keys and no car keys. (whoopzee). phoned hubby, he wasn't chuffed as he had just got to the otherside of Northampton, so he had to come all the way home just to let me into the house(lol) stayed at a neighbours after walking home but enjoyed the walk only 15 mins but had blisters from these blooming sandals(warm weather means sandals and blisters in my case). Anyway home and safe but keys still in the car as i haven't got a spare set so we are looking for a (crook) any offers out there, we thought a car theive, but can you find one of them when you need one not in our case, so it's either smash the window, try to be a crook ourselves and break into the car with a coat hanger or plastic card, or smash the window or just call out the professionals.
Anyone done this out there, any help or suggestions welcome.

Pulled muscle in back

Hi everyone
Just to let you knw i have been decorating my daughters bedroom the past few days but over the weekend i have pulled a muscle in my back (ouch) really annoyed as i am finding it hard to do anything and ca't even concentrate on card making because of the twisting etc causes me so much pain, but hopefully i'll be back on track soon. I was doing really well last week and want to get some more challenges done this week especially now the kids are back at school (thank goodness) i can breath again now. I bet everyone with children will be having an early nite, i know i will if my back lets me get to sleep otherwise i just might have to sit crating all nite anyway. hugs Debra

This is a card based on my sketch i did for last weeks Charisma cards challenge, i am not entering it fo any challenges just for your inspiration, i did this for my neighbours little girl as she loves the disney princesses.

CHARISMA CARDS CHALLENGE 14

I am entering my card for three challenges this week the first is for Charisma cards there theme this week is purple and green how delicious. The second is for ABC there challenge is J for jagged edge and finally for One Stop Craft challenge theres being torn. I have used my Sugar Nellie image as she is gorgeous and coloured her with my copics of course, i have used bazzill card stock, prima flowers, papers/dewdrops/brads/gems/ribbons and papers are all from my stash. I have used my labels nesterbilites and cuttlebug emboss folder and sherbet dots on the inside of mmy card.

FANTASTIC DAY (YIPPEE)

Hi Everyone

Just got to say that today has got to be one of the best days i have had in weeks maybe even months, i am normally so stressd out with the kids by now (like most of you in the Easter hols) lol. Today my 4 year old son went to soccer camp from 10-3pm, god it was bliss not having to shout, scream, rant and rave at him every 2 mins, my little dec's who is 2 has been fantastic and well my 10 year old gril Olivia, i haven't seen all day. I printed some challenges of and left her to it in my craft room where she has been all day apart from helping me feed the baby lambs(we are bottle feeding as there mum died after giving birth) they are doing really well and are now 21/2 weeks old and i love them(they are pets) not dinner lol. Anyway i have been amazed at what she has created today and i am so pround that i have taken some photos for you to see, please go visit her blog Olivia and leave her a comment of encouragement as i now she was so excited at her results especially her Raspberry Ribbons and her candle bless her. I definately think that shes got the bug lol but told her its back to homework and early nites next week and crafting for the weekends only or when homework complete maybe one card.

well i have been lamb feeding, chicken feeding etc , painting Olivias bedroom, gardening and planting hanging baskets and blogging lol so knackered now and off to bed shortly

DT CALL (Charisma Cards)

This is my card that i am entering for the DT Call over at Charisma Cards. I have used K&CO sparkly sweet papers, 2 of my Magnolia stamps, Rectangle nesterbilities, Hero Arts flowers for stamping on the grass, pink pearly stuff for the flowers on the grass, flowers, ribbons, brads and dewdrops all from stash and finally bazzill card. I really enjoyedmaking this card and have stucl tohe theme FLOWERS although it could pass for the other two which were dream or pink (lol)

This is the inside of my card and i have used colour co-ordinating bazzill card stock, K & Co sparkly sweet left over papers and flowers from stash, and used my rectangle nesterbility which doesn't get much use (bless it)

Anniversary Card

Just need to find a challenge now that i can enter this in (lol)a close up of my little cute pussy cats

This is the card i have made for my sister and BIL for there anniversary, i wanted to really make the cats luck natural and fluffy and stryggled with my copics using various colours, i then used my blender pen to smooth the edges and left over night, wheni woke in the morning i was thrilled with the dried results the look so cuddle, i have used my retro punches for the flowers, tag/ribbon/dewdrops from stash and BG papers as i am addicted to these papers.

EASTER BASKETS

This is the little Thomas Easter basket i have made for my still little baby (declan) who is two and loves Thomas and chocolate of course. I have made two different baskets for my other two children aged 4 and 10(couldn't leave them out) although my 4 year old boy has been threatened that i will eat his if he doesn't stop mis-behaving, (what is it with boys of this age?) they just seem to jump all over the furniture and run around the house instead of sitting quietly like girls and playing or colouring etc

Well this is my little suprise of what i have been making for our neighbours little ones for easter, I have picked up tips from different blogs over the past few days on how to make these baskets(so i do not want to take credit for someone elses design) although i have adjusted to make mine own suitable template. I have used various bits of scrap papers, ribbons, cards etc and my lovely pearly stuff and nesterbilities. I really enjoyed making these and i am delighted by the results, you can make these as simple or as fancy as you like, i chose in the middle considering i had to make 7 ready for this pm (lol) no stress then

CAKES TO DIE FOR

Good Morning all peeps and hope everyone is well. My daughter and niece made some Easter sugar paste shapes(bunnies, flowers etc). so i thought i would make some yummy cakes for them so they could decorate the tops with there super work, they look much better in the face and awwwww smell so delicious when i took this pic this morning, i so want to eat at least three but it is only 8.30am and not Easter so better not (lol) quickly put them back in the box for later. We made loads of these so will be sharing with our neighbours litlle ones along with something else i have been making to share(check my blog later for this) as just need to add the finishing touches. Anyway got lots of crafting to catch up on over the next few days, as a designer Guest at Charisma cards need to do my card, also a card for the full-time DT position, 2 boys birthday cards, i anniversary card (already done ready to post on blog later) and ermmmmm i shaw theres more lol

UPDATED CRAFTROOM

WELL THIS IS THE LATEST UPDATE ON MY CRAFTROOM, IT IS NOW WORKABLE AND ALL MY CRAFT STUFF IS HERE. I STILL HAVE SHELVES TO ADD ETC BUT RAN OUT OF BUGET NOW FOR THIS MONTH SO WILL HAVE TO ADD NEXT HUBBY'S PAYDAY(LOL) IT HAS COST A SMALL FORTUNE THIS MONTH WHAT WITH MY CRAFTROOM AND LOTS OF NEW CRAFTY ITEMS, BEST NOT PUSH MY LOOK, ON A BETTER NOTE I WILL BE A GUEST DESIGNER ON CHARISMA CARDS VERY SOON SO WATCH THIS SPACE AND MY DESIGNS AS I GET CREATIVE IN MY NEW HAVEN HUGS DEBRA

CRAFTROOM FINISHED

Yes i have finished my craftroom for now and my sister has been over to view and sit and play most of the day(then goes home)s saying she has a sore back. cheek of it (lol). well i am very happy and delighted that i am so lucky to have my very own spacious craft room ready now ready and awaiting for my crafty hands to create some stunning cards etc. I will take some pic tomorrow for you to all see. has cost around £250 so far so no more craty goodies for me so lets hope i can win some challenges or blog candy to help stock me up until my hubby's next payday (lol)

This is my card for the Charisma card challenge. I have used my new gorguss girl, coloured with copics. My new retro punches for the matching co-ordinated flowers, my nesterbilities oval for the text box and flower box and my new labels nesterbilities for the image, my sherbet dots and my new papers from SU(they are super gorgeous)

This is my card for this weeks challenge over at Truly Scrumptious.
I have again used one of my new Anya stamps, they are gorgeous and stamp lovely to, i have coloured with my copics, used my nesterbilities gain(the ovals have never been used so much as they have this week. Think the papers were BG or K&Co sorry can't remeber and not at desk. peel off for text(must get some text stamps from SU next desperate). flower from stash and the other used my new retro punches in matching papers and of course my favs sherbet dots.

This is my card for this weeks challenge at Raspberry and Ribbons. I have used my new Anya stamp, oval nesterbilities, stickles, pearly stuff, brads and paper from stash, flowers are prima adn my sisters MS punch as still haven't got mine(not be long hopefully) i love these punches. oh and of course my favourite thing my sherbet dots.
