This is the card i have made for my sister and BIL for there anniversary, i wanted to really make the cats luck natural and fluffy and stryggled with my copics using various colours, i then used my blender pen to smooth the edges and left over night, wheni woke in the morning i was thrilled with the dried results the look so cuddle, i have used my retro punches for the flowers, tag/ribbon/dewdrops from stash and BG papers as i am addicted to these papers.
This is gorgeous, Debra! I particularly love their cute rosy cheeks! What a wonderful stamp ... I think I just have to have it! LOL! Hmmm, challenges? Well, Stamp Something's challenge this week is shapes, and as you have flowers, rectangles and squares, maybe you could enter that challenge with this card? Hugs, Sem x

Hi Debra, Thanks for your lovely comments on my blog. Re getting started on jewellery making, I started out by buying a couple of kits, a book and some really basic tools. Shiney Rocks do some really nice kits with really modern stuff. Their website is www.shineyrocks.co.uk For basic tools I think either www.jillybeads.co.uk or www.beadsunlimited.co.uk and my fav book is by Maya Brenner called "Beaded Jewelry-create your own style". This shows you all the basics like creating loops etc. Of course, I think there is a Beading magazine out now that wasn't around when I first started.
