HELP

I am trying my best at blogging and it is 1 week today since i started, however i am following lots of other blogs but it is only showing that i follow two on my blog, how do i put them neatly down the side like so many of you do, i am also struggling to leave comments on peoples blogs who have left me comments if that makes any sense so please don't think i am being rude, making lots of mistakes along the way but getting there i think, i have been trying to enter blog candies and card challenges to stock up my stuff to but find some of these confusing does this sound familiar to any of you now well experienced bloggers.
